Team Weight Training

This class is specifically for beginners and improvers. You will learn how to lift with good form, maximising strength and definition. Learn in a group setting that is fun and supportive. This is the next step in your fitness journey to see and feel real changes in your body shape. We use free weights to get a total body workout. 


A 1 hour class consisting of a variety of exercises to challenge the  body and mind. The HIIT part of the workout lasts 26mins using body weight, plyometrics and muscle activation to get your heart rate high and your muscles burning. Maximise muscle tone and fat burning.
