On Bootcamp we teach about hoe to use focus. In the last video we needed to know what our goal is and now we are going to use focus to move us a step closer.
You have to know what direction you are going to move in. Now you can focus and move your eyeballs and move in the right direction. How you get there is your decision to make.
Do it on your own, do it in a group or do it with guidance from people who know how.

Sounds obvious and a quite / very annoying. The importance of knowing what you want is to steer your mind, your life in the right direction. We speak to countless women who tell us they want to be fit, strong and healthy and then they follow this statement with "Im not bothered about the weight". Its OK to want all of it
I hear my customers saying they don't like looking in the mirrors during their workouts. Obviously we are not there to critique ourselves, we are there to get a bloody good workout but it got me thinking... Does self criticism keep us in check? Do we think that... self-critical behaviour is a safeguard against laziness, mistakes and complacency and that they’ll somehow keep us in line and ensure we achieve our goals?
