Every workout is complete including warm up and cool down, a unique factor for most live online workout programmes. Every workout is live and then becomes available for replay, simply search for what you want to do.

The Transformation Bootcamp

An 8 week total overhaul of Fitness, mindset and nutrition. Reset, recover and rejuvenate every aspect of you for a total transformation. This is a bespoke programme and is coached by Yolanda via live zoom sessions online.

Suitable for all levels

Classes (suspended)

Group exercise classes taught by Yolanda. The classes are welcoming, friendly and non competitive. The focus is on improving yourself by learning good technique, connecting with your body and increasing self confidence.

THE SHRED 

January 2021

The Shred 2.0 is a 8 week course that includes a customised nutrition plan designed for your personal goal and 3x a week weight training classes that you can do live on FaceBook or Zoom, there is also an option to do them on replay. You will join a private FB group for motivation and accountability.
